IntakeHound is a software and answering service. We are not a law firm, do not provide legal advice, and do not refer or recommend lawyers to the public. We only answer inbound calls on behalf of the firms that hire us. We do not solicit potential clients. Each firm remains responsible for supervising the service and complying with its professional-conduct rules (for example, ABA Model Rules 1.6, 5.3, and 7.1–7.3 as adopted in its state).
